Trackly respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our expense tracking and budgeting app (the “Trackly”).

a. Information You Provide
- Without Login: You may use the App without creating an account. In this case, all data you enter (such as expenses, income, budgets, categories, or lending records) is stored locally on your device.
- With Login (optional): In the future, you may register or log in to create an account. When you do, we may collect basic information such as your email address and password to enable account creation, synchronization, and backup.
b. Expense and Transaction Data
- You can manually enter your expenses, income, budgets, and other records.
- This information is not automatically collected from your bank or device.
- In the future, we may provide features to scan and suggest transaction data (quick insert), but this will always be optional and under your control.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To store your expenses, budgets, and income records for personal tracking.
- To sync and back up your data across devices when you choose to log in.
- To improve and maintain the functionality of the App.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data with third parties.
3. Data Storage
- Local Storage: If you use the App without logging in, your data remains on your device only.
- Cloud Storage (optional): If you choose to log in, your data will be securely stored on third-party cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) for synchronization and backup.
- These providers have their own privacy policies which apply in addition to this Privacy Policy.
4. Data Accuracy
The accuracy of the data you enter is your responsibility. We do not verify whether the information you provide is true, complete, or correct.
5. Future Features
We may introduce new features such as scanning transactions or connecting to financial accounts. If such features are added:
- They will be optional.
- We will update this Privacy Policy to explain how such data is handled.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
7. Your Choices
- Continue Without Login: You may continue using the App without ever creating an account.
- Login/Registration: If you choose to create an account, you may later delete your account and request that your synced data be removed from our servers.

Our App may rely on third-party services such as cloud storage providers (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) for hosting and synchronization. These services have their own privacy practices and policies, which we encourage you to review.
